1) Return & Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.
2) Conditions for Accepted Returns/Exchanges
To be eligible, the product must be:

Returned with all tags and packaging
3) Shipping Fees
For Exchanges:
The customer covers the shipping fees (both ways).
For Returns:
The customer covers the shipping fees, and we refund the product price only after inspection.
4) Refund Method
After receiving and inspecting the product :

Refunds are processed via bank transfer , INSTAPAY, OR Vodafone Cash within 3–5 business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders → the same amount is refunded minus shipping fees.
