Refund policy

 

At Tales, we aim to offer a smooth and premium shopping experience.
Our return and exchange policy is designed to be clear, fair, and flexible, while ensuring the quality of our products.


1) Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.


2) Conditions for Accepted Returns/Exchanges

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Free from odors, stains, or damages

  • Returned with all tags and packaging



3) Shipping Fees


For Exchanges:

The customer covers the shipping fees (both ways).

For Returns:

The customer covers the shipping fees, and we refund the product price only after inspection.

 


4) Refund Method

After receiving and inspecting the product :

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer , INSTAPAY, OR Vodafone Cash within 3–5 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders → the same amount is refunded minus shipping fees.
